Credit Companies are Ambulance Chasers

You know those companies that chase you up when you default on an account or have disaster come your way? Ambulance chasers. Trying to make money out of your unfortunate financial situation.

When they ring , tell them that they are ambulance chasers and hang up. Go to writing. never talk over the phone with them. Put everything in writing and make them correspond to you in writing. Be proactive in dealing with them, but never deal with them over the phone. Insist on them writing to you, and write to them in response.

When you default on a loan, for what ever reason, it is not your fault, so do not take blame, shame or guilt with the situation. Get proactive and make written demands from the company pursuing you.

Demand that they supply you with the original loan contract, demand that they stop phoning you, demand that they prove the debt they are claiming from you. The paperwork they send you must have your signature on it and must be relevant to the loan and conditions and clauses of the contract you signed. Look for any variation or condition that may let you off or out of the loan.

There is one law they says after a period of time you do not have to pay. Check your credit laws in your area, state or country. There is another that says unless they have the documentation, or cannot supply you with the documentation of the loan, then it is invalid. Check your state credit laws.

Go to it. Be proactive now !
